· CHICKEN STOCK - a supply stored of chicken spice for cooking; strained liquid that is the result of cooking vegetables, meat or fish and other seasoning

· STRAINER - kitchen utensil with a perforated or mesh bottom used to strain liquids or semiliquids, or to sift dry ingredients such as flour or confectioners' sugar.
